  I have been going to Joann stores since I was a little girl and unfortunately, this is one of the worst Joann stores I have ever been to. There is no where near enough staff members because myself and a handful of other customers needed help in jewelry for 20+ minutes and no one came over, no matter how many times the "help button" was pushed. On top of there not being enough staff members, the jewelry section looked like it had not been restocked or cleaned/organized in months and the cut counter looked like there had been an explosion of fabric bolts. On a positive note, I have had good help with fabric in the past. But now that I have found an interest in jewelry crafting, I am going to have to find another Joann location that is much better stocked and has more staff to help where help is needed.

  We were able to find all of the components for a perfect night of gingerbread house and gingerbread men making out at JOANN'S. The store was busy but the staff was very attentive. We were able to get multitude of items, all of them worked out, no pieces of the gingerbread or candy had broke. All in all very satisfied with this stores level of quality and service. They even have us a deal on this cardboard we used for the home because it had seen better days.

  Joann's is a great place. I often go in just to browse to see all the new craft and decor items Many times my 15 minute trip turns into and hour or more. They have a large selection of fabrics in addition to so many crafting supplies. If you are into crafting you need to stop in.
