  DO NOT GO TO SPRINT!!! they completely scam customers. First of all, their service is TERRIBLE! I’ve gotten better cell service on cricket. There were many areas where I got no service at all, and very slow service in most places. Second of all, YOU CANT USE CELL SERVICE AND INTERNET AT THE SAME TIME! I’ve never heard of such a thing. In 2017 you’re telling me a company ad large as sprint doesn’t offer a basic service like being able to take a call and use the internet at the same time? Unless you’re on WIFI. SO if you’re not connected to WiFi you cannot make a call and use the internet at the same time. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of! Oh yeah, and if you use a FREE APP to talk to someone in another country they charge you. Even if you’re using the internet to use a free app to talk to someone in another country they charge you for “international charges” Third, they lie to people when you sign up. We were under the impression we had NO CONTRACT! They said they would pay the remaining balance on our IPhones to t mobile if we turned our phones in. They never told us we had to register online to be able to do it so we got bills every month from t mobile. I had to call dozens of times over months for them to finally register us for the buy back program but never explained to us once that THEY DONT PAY THE PHONES! they give you a card with money on it and you have to use it to pay off the balance. And of course this process took several months so we had past due bills from t mobile. They never once explained to us that they do not pay them directly, or that we had to sign up to enroll in the program even though they took our phones in the store, and that it would take months to get the debit cards they sent to pay off the balance on the phones. Their service was so terrible finally we switched over to AT&T. Sprint never told us that when we got our iPhones that we were signing a lease agreement saying that we have to pay extra to be able to own the phone. So when we turned in our phones to AT&T to do their buy back program and sprint sent us a bill of $1800 with $1000 of it in extra charges for “canceling the lease agreement” and not turning in the phones. So you mean to tell me that the $900 I paid for the phone and it still isn’t mine? I have to turn the phone in unless I pay an extra $400 per phone to own it? Sprint is absolutely the worst cell phone company out there. And when you call their customer service they have the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. It is amazing that the people they hire are this unprofessional and disrespectful. Do not waste your time and money with sprint

  We were told what need to be done on the phone would only take 30 minutes now it's an hour later and they still want 30 minutes more but there were two cute chicks that got their stuff taken care of like top of the list and they came in like an hour after we did... and the manager is nowhere to be found....DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPRINT STORE LOCATION...Salem is way better service and no slackers
