  The odd thing is that despite the horrific reviews of this place, nothing changes. Its as if ATT knows you are going to buy from them regardless so why bother. We purchased a Christmas gift based on the salesperson verifying the compatibility of the device to an android phone. It wasn't and we tried to return the item $25. but had to ultimately make an APPOINTMENT just to do the return. At that point it was past their 14 day return policy and despite being sold the wrong item which was never even opened. The stores reaction...sorry you own it. If you value your time and sanity, shop elsewhere. Amazon for example. If you want to get a great example of how customer service is dead in America, stop by this place.
