  Used to be better... lately seems like a lot is out of stock. The huge looking hand baskets at the end of several isles seems like a waste of space especially when it's busy it's just one more thing to navigate around. Also hard to find a worker. Even though the old walkie talkies were too loud and annoying it helped to locate someone. But I would trade that any day for the loud horrible music they now blare everywhere!!! I enjoyed the quiet before!

  Ordered an item online to be picked up in store..went to customer service to p/u, come to find out no one pulled the order so they sent someone to find it. After waiting for 15min. Natalie comes up to me & says “unfortunately, we don’t have it in stock here.” As annoyed as I am, I went to that section to find another gift & what do I find? The EXACT item I ordered online.. I was livid. I go up to checkout & the same girl who was “helping” me says “oh that’s funny.” No, not at all. Lazy workers & worst customer experience ever!
