    I have been in to the Verizon store the last week 3 times (which I come in one's every 2 years normally). For the first time in I have no idea how long and it was incredible every time. Nicholas and Brandon have truly kept me sane this whole time. They have walked me through multiple transactions and issues when I have gotten my new phones. They have exchanged them for us and got us new phones and totally helped us out. I have to say these 2 guys are top notch I will be back and will only work with them truly incredible customer service. Thank you Nicholas and Brandon.

    I was shopping at the nearby Costco and arrived home to realize I'd lost my iPhone. I went to the "Find My iPhone" web app and saw that it was still at Costco. I rushed back to retrieve it but it wasn't in the parking lot nor did the Costco associates inside have it. I went back home and checked the app again, seeing that the location was just outside the Costco building. I took out my old iPhone and brought it with me back to Costco, using it to track my lost phone to the shopping carts area. With hundreds of carts, I had no chance of finding it, so I went to the Verizon store down the street (this one) where I met Michelle and discussed my limited options. She let me log into my iCloud account so I could use the "Find My iPhone" web app. I wanted to try the "ping" option, but didn't think it was continuous and would stop pinging by the time I got there. Then Michelle offered to help by continuously clicking the "ping" button on the app from her computer so that my phone would keep making a sound. I felt bad for asking her to do such a silly thing but grateful all the same. I rushed back to Costco to listen for the pinging, but there was nothing. I gave up and was about to return to Verizon when the Costco associate who tried to help me earlier ran after me and said that he found the phone by listening to the pings. If it wasn't for Michelle continuously clicking on that ping button, he never would've found it. I am grateful that Michelle went above and beyond to help me. Actions like these make me appreciative of being a Verizon customer. Please commend Michelle on my behalf. May all your team members be as kind and helpful.

    We had a good in store experience When we came to this location, we were told we could buy a new iPhone and get another one for free. We just received our bill, and that was simply not the case at all. Instead we were charged full price for both phones, and our bill went up dramatically. I feel we were very mislead and it’s a very unfortunate situation. If this situation can’t be resolved there is no doubt we will be going back to t-mobile whom we’ve had no issues with in the past.
