  William-Sonoma sells my favorite brand of balsamic vinegar, which I could drink straight from the bottle. But in an effort to be cute, the staff sometimes leave a bad taste in my mouth. This kitchen store is good when you need quality cooking and baking supplies, particularly because they always seem to sell the same things. Recently, I was ready to purchase a couple of items, but the lady at the register told me, "Oh, you don't want that." (In truth, I really did need the item.) So I said, "okay," left the item on the counter and walked towards the door. On the way, I told the store manager about the lost sale and he was apologetic. Because of experiences like this, I look for these items elsewhere.
