  Bought a hat with the strap stitching ripped. Thread obviously got loose and separated. Dude at counter with dreads was rude, laughed and accused me of lying because I took the tags off and there was a short hair in the strap. Very clearly not my hair. Got it swapped eventually, but I shouldn't have to argue with some chump of an employee. Dude should have apologized for selling me a busted hat and my inconvenience driving back to the mall. Never returning here. I'll settle for Journey's, employees without attitude.
